The Growing Tree Business Consulting offers comprehensive, clinically informed services designed to strengthen both employee wellbeing and organizational performance. Services available include organizational assessment and culture analysis to identify key areas for growth, along with the development of workplace mental health strategies to increase employee wellness. Leadership is supported through ongoing clinical consultation, while targeted initiatives address burnout prevention, workforce retention, and the cultivation of psychological safety. Additional services include onsite trainings and workshops, policy and practice review through a mental health lens, and the development of effective staff support and supervision models. In times of crisis or change, specialized support is available through Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue care, and guidance through organizational transitions ensuring organizations remain resilient, responsive, and aligned with the wellbeing of their workforce.

A Therapy Group

​Where do adults meet a new friend group?" 

Connected is a therapist-led group designed to enhance social connection for a group of 6 adults that meet 1x per month (90-120 minutes) for a commitment of 4 consecutive months. Participants engage in intentional conversation, reflective exercises, and shared experiences that promote self-awareness and felt friendship with one another.

This group offers a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported while building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.  Cost $225.00 to join the next 4-month cohort.  Participants must be willing to foster a safe, inclusive environment, and approach group interactions with openness, respect, and acceptance.

As a "provider for the provider," I offer clinical supervision and professional consultation for professionals seeking to deepen their clinical expertise and navigate the complexities of practice with confidence. This work provides a supportive, ethically grounded space to process cases, strengthen clinical skills, and refine professional identity while addressing the unique challenges of the field, including burnout, vicarious trauma, and role strain.
